Position Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Promotional Products Specialist with proven experience in the U.S. promotional product industry. The ideal candidate will help clients identify the right promotional items, manage the full order process from product selection through vendor coordination to delivery, and provide ongoing support to existing customers. This role requires strong product knowledge, vendor management skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in selecting promotional products that align with their branding, marketing, and event needs.
  • Manage the entire order lifecycle: product sourcing, vendor communication, order placement, tracking, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely fulfillment.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing customers, addressing promotional needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Stay current with industry trends, product innovations, and vendor offerings within the U.S. promotional product market.

🎯 Qualifications

Required Experience & Background

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the U.S. promotional product industry
  • Direct experience working with U.S. vendors, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Strong B2B experience, preferably in a part-time capacity.

Skills & Competencies

  • In-depth knowledge of promotional products, branding strategies, and vendor networks in the U.S. market.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and order management systems.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client focus.
