About the Role

Under the direction and guidance of the Director of Guest Experience, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Front Office, to deliver a unique and exceptional guest experience at Monarto Safari Resort.

Your tasks will mostly involve:

  • Providing high quality guest service by managing guest experiences and hotel operations
  • Prioritising workload including task allocation to ensure your team deliver memorable experiences
  • Developing your team’s skills to drive results that positively impact on hotel performance
  • Having authentic conversations with guests to resolve issues, queries or concerns
  • Being first point of contact for any critical emergency situations

About you

The successful candidate will have:

  • Duty Manager experience in a hotel setting with a passion for delivering excellent guest services
  • Knowledge in NewBook is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication & problem solving skills
  • Hold a valid visa with the right to work in Australia
  • First Aid and basic CPR certification
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
