About you

With a true passion for delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests as well as a love for the outdoors, the ideal candidate will have:

• A true passion for sharing knowledge, a commitment to engaging with guests in a small group tour setting
• You pride yourself on delivering the best standards of guest service, ensuring our guests leave us with lasting memories
• High levels of interpersonal and communication skills with immaculate personal presentation, professionalism and a solution focused mindset
• A senior first aid certification; and
• You will have a willingness to share our special place and shape lasting memories and deliver service beyond that will have our customers returning again and again
