Finance Coordinator

The Finance Coordinator at Boingo will work with up to five Account Managers responsible for 200+ customers. You will be responsible for client requests, project management as well as implementing procedures associated with finance, reporting, accounting and legal contracts management. This will include processing and monitoring client payments, collation of invoices, platform management assist customers with questions on payment processes, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

The Finance Coordinator requires the ability to work effectively, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines. You will actively participate in a work environment that promotes teamwork, mutual respect, and accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure AR and AP are properly updated and reported
• Constant follow-up on overdue clients to keep unpaid invoices at a controlled and lower level
• Review Monthly Reports to guarantee accuracy
• Serve as main interface for both US and 3rd Party Accounting
• Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable 
• Generate reporting on Cash Flow, Finance and overdue Receivables
• Review sales details and allocation
• Contract Management contracts and cost with circuits and 3 party providers
• Cost Management (Circuits/Fixed 3rd Part Providers) 

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation
• Must have strong analytical and attention to detail skills. Strong negotiation skills are a must.
