We are looking for a Junior HR Administrative Assistant to join our internal HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has some experience in administrative support within HR or similar areas and is looking to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.

In this role, you will support daily HR operations, with a focus on documentation, employee lifecycle coordination, and system updates. You’ll also assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and help ensure compliance and data accuracy across our platforms. The position is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks and collaborating with different stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team across various processes and regions.
  • Prepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts and amendments.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in internal HR systems.
  • Handle data entry and system updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation, such as visa or employment checks.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related administrative queries and liaise with internal departments as needed.
  • Support the tracking of HR metrics and assist with internal audits or reviews.
  • Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and help streamline workflows where possible.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, ideally in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation) is a strong advantage.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); experience with HRIS tools is a plus.
  • Positive, proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Valid criminal record extract (not older than 3 months) required.
