Job Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic Deployment Trainer to support the successful onboarding and adoption of EPOS solutions. In this field-based role, you will travel daily to merchant locations across Singapore to conduct product deployment, training, and system setup activities.

You will be the face of EPOS during the onboarding journey, ensuring merchants are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to effectively utilize our POS, payment, and business management solutions. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Conduct on-site deployment and setup of EPOS products and solutions at merchant locations.

- Travel daily to merchant sites across Singapore to provide product training and onboarding support.

- Train merchants and their staff on system functionalities, operational workflows, and best practices.

- Guide merchants through system configuration, account setup, and operational readiness checks.

- Provide hands-on demonstrations and answer product-related questions during deployment sessions.

- Ensure merchants successfully adopt and utilize EPOS solutions following implementation.

- Troubleshoot basic product or operational issues during deployment and escalate complex cases when necessary.

- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

- Maintain accurate deployment records, training completion reports, and customer feedback documentation.

- Gather merchant feedback and communicate enhancement opportunities to internal stakeholders.

- Support product updates, feature rollouts, and refresher training sessions when required.

- Ensure all deployments are completed in accordance with company standards and service level expectations.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Information Technology, Training, or a related field.

* Experience in customer training, onboarding, deployment, implementation, customer service, or hospitality operations is preferred.

* Fresh graduates with strong communication and presentation skills are welcome to apply.

* Comfortable with daily travel to merchant locations and field-based work.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Patient and confident in conducting face-to-face training sessions with users of varying technical backgrounds.

* Ability to work independently while managing multiple deployment schedules.

* Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

* Experience with POS systems, payment solutions, retail operations, or F&B operations will be an added advantage.
