Provide technical support to new hires during on-boarding.
Asset Management:
Maintain accurate records of laptops and other IT assets across all locations.
Handle hardware procurement, support, warranty claims, and lifecycle management.
Configure and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (e.g., Jamf).
Ensure appropriate software deployment and updates on company devices.
Access Management:
Troubleshoot and resolve access management issues, including password management solutions (e.g., 1Password).
Oversee seat/license management and general setup for company tools.
Manage cost tracking, invoicing, and attribution related to IT services and tools.
Organizational Security:
Complete and oversee security compliance tasks (e.g., Vanta requirements).
Participate in quarterly access reviews and drive corrective actions.
Implement and maintain organizational security practices, including firewall management and end-user device security.
HR Support:
Assist HR in setting up new vendors, tools, and integrations.
Collaborate closely with HR to align IT policies and practices with organizational guidelines.
Office Management:
Ensure robust WiFi, conferencing, and general IT infrastructure setup across offices.
Implement and manage office security measures, such as visitor logging systems.
Requirements
5+ years experience in IT support or administration.
Familiarity with MDM tools (e.g. Iru/Kandji).
Experience managing identity and access systems (Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD).
Strong understanding of IT security, especially in distributed team environments.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, particularly macOS.
Basic knowledge of networking principles including WiFi setup, VPNs, and general end-user connectivity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
