As an Agent Trainee, you’ll play an important role in growing our agency, helping clients find the right insurance coverage, and contributing to a supportive team environment. We’re searching for someone who is enthusiastic about sales, communicates well, and enjoys connecting with people. Candidates should bring some sales experience or a strong record of hitting goals.

What You’ll Do
Identify and engage prospective clients
Advise customers on insurance options that fit their needs
Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service
Achieve personal sales goals and support our agency’s growth
Organize and track leads with CRM software
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable making outbound sales calls
Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to get licensed
Bilingual abilities are a plus
