Job Overview

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a German-Speaking Digital Marketing Sales Representative to join a high-performing commercial team in Kraków, Poland. This hybrid B2B sales role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organisations leverage digital marketing solutions to achieve their growth objectives.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with German-speaking clients, and managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through to closing and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and engage with new business prospects within the German-speaking market through targeted outbound sales activities.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client challenges and position digital marketing solutions that deliver measurable business value.
  • Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, including lead generation, needs analysis, product presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and commercial success.
  • Develop and grow an assigned client portfolio by identifying expansion, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate ROI, competitive advantages, and business impact.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimise client acquisition and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline management, forecasting, sales activity tracking, and client communications.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, market developments, and competitor activity to effectively position solutions within the German-speaking business landscape.
  • Participate in sales training, team strategy sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and maximise results.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (spoken and written) — this is an essential requirement for all applicants.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory).
  • A strong experience in Sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and close deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, platforms, or services is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships with German-speaking clients.
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication purposes; additional European languages are a plus.
