Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, engage, and convert prospective German-speaking clients through consultative sales techniques tailored to digital marketing solutions.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities within the sales cycle.
  • Present and demonstrate digital marketing products and services to decision-makers, clearly articulating value propositions and return on investment.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to the team's overall commercial performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, enabling you to position solutions competitively within the German-speaking market.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, sales training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously sharpen your skills and drive results.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (spoken and written) — this is an essential requirement for all applicants.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory).
  • A strong experience in Sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively and close deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, platforms, or services is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-lasting relationships with German-speaking clients.
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication purposes; additional European languages are a plus.
