Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate CRM campaign configurations, including bonuses, free spins, cashbacks, and loyalty rewards, ensuring accuracy and adherence to promotional guidelines.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of promotional mechanics, segmentation rules, and automated workflows to confirm seamless execution.
  • Perform testing on CRM-related campaigns before deployment.
  • Identify, document, and report any discrepancies, bugs, or issues, collaborating with CRM and development teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Verify that all promotional content, terms & conditions, and customer-facing materials are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Test player journeys and communication channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to ensure correct targeting, delivery, and personalization.
  • Maintain comprehensive test cases, QA checklists, and documentation for future reference and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to refine campaign execution processes and enhance overall quality assurance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with responsible gaming policies and jurisdictional regulations.
  • Monitor live campaigns post-launch to detect any issues and provide feedback for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years in a QA role, preferably in iGaming, online casinos, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, campaign management platforms, and test automation tools is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously test and validate complex promotional setups.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of iGaming compliance, responsible gaming, and data privacy regulations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
