About the role
FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defense. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.
Our platform enables large organizations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.
Mission
We're looking for an Academy & Certification Programs Manager to own and evolve our external learning and certification programs end-to-end - from content production and course lifecycle to cohort delivery, certification framework, and the tooling stack that powers it all.
This is a hands-on program ownership role for someone who thrives inside a well-built system, makes it meaningfully their own, and drives it forward - without needing to redesign the frame first.
What you will do on a daily basis
- Own the full Academy lifecycle - content production, release-notes alignment, cohort delivery, and course maintenance - ensuring programs stay current, high-quality, and tightly tied to product evolution.
- Manage the Certification program end-to-end: cohort scheduling, evaluator calibration, pass rates, appeals, re-sit policy, and ongoing maintenance of the competency framework.
- Operate, adapt, and extend the available tooling stack (LMS, video/audio editing, Python tools, agent system, MDX pipeline, cert evaluator) - and build on top of it as needs evolve.
- Coordinate with SMEs, R&D, and product teams to keep content pipelines moving - managing dependencies, release calendars, and competing priorities without dropping the ball.
- Flag blockers, ambiguities, and evolving requirements in real time - and bring your own agenda to 1:1s rather than waiting to be asked.
Very likely you can be successful if you have
- 3-6 years in learning, enablement, or education production roles - you don't start from zero on instructional design, learning outcomes, or course architecture.
- Hands-on experience running a certification or academy program end-to-end, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technical product context.
- Production range across formats - courses, video, labs, reference content - not a single-medium specialist.
- Program management instinct: you naturally think in release calendars, content pipelines, SME coordination, and dependency tracking.
- A technical floor - comfortable with code-adjacent tooling, AI-assisted workflows, and systems built by others that you're expected to operate and evolve.
- Function-of-one or function-of-few experience - you've run programs solo or in a small team without a discipline-native manager providing daily cover, and you've been fine.
- Self-awareness and self-regulation: you flag confusion early, absorb correction without collapse, and bring your own topics to conversations.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a fast-scaling SaaS or enterprise tech environment where the product changes faster than the docs.
- Familiarity with MDX pipelines, LMS administration, or AI-assisted content production tooling.
- Exposure to partner or customer enablement programs alongside a core Academy function.
What's in it for you
- Direct impact on how the company scales and delivers multi-million-dollar enterprise transformation deals.
- Competitive compensation with an early-stage equity package
- Work alongside an ambitious leadership team driving category creation in enterprise AI.
- Collaborative, fast-paced culture with room to grow and make an impact.
