AI Program Lead
Responsibilities
- Leads the coordination and execution of the Group AI Program and related initiatives.
- Supports the AI Officer in translating AI strategy into actionable plans, roadmaps and priorities.
- Coordinates AI and transformation initiatives across business units and subsidiaries.
- Drives cross-functional collaboration among business, technology, data, and external stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
- Monitors project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensures alignment between program activities, business priorities, and strategic objectives.
- Prepares executive reports, presentations, and governance materials.
- Identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes new AI and transformation opportunities.
- Develops and supports change management plans to facilitate the adoption of AI and transformation initiatives across the organization.
- Supports the implementation of AI governance and responsible AI practices.
- Contributes to business transformation initiatives and tracks value realization.
- Follows up on action items and drives timely execution across stakeholders.
- Collects and analyzes business requirements and translates them into structured project plans, use cases, and implementation initiatives.
- Coordinates external partners, vendors, and consultants involved in AI and transformation projects.
- Monitors and reports on business value realization, KPIs, and benefits generated by AI and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset
- Experience in large and complex organizational environments
- Experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or transformation projects.
- Experience in AI, digital, data, or innovation-related initiatives
- Proficiency in project management, collaboration, and reporting tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Good understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI use cases, emerging AI tools, and market trends
- Familiarity with Python and AI development concepts will be considered an asset
- Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI lifecycle principles
- Understanding of business transformation frameworks, operating models, and change management principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek & English
