International Airport of Heraklion, Crete S.A. is currently looking for:
HR Manager (based in Crete)
Responsibilities:
- Leads workforce planning, organizational structure design, and manpower planning.
- Provides strategic HR advisory support to senior management.
- Oversees recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee integration processes.
- Supervises employee relations and labor matters, maintaining compliance with labor laws and aviation-related workforce regulations.
- Drives the performance management framework, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Ensures proper administration of compensation and benefits in coordination with relevant functions.
- Oversees training schedules, workforce development planning, and HR-related events and initiatives.
- Prepares HR reports and presentations for executive management.
- Coordinates with finance on HR budgeting and workforce planning.
- Liaises with external vendors and training providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or HR Professional Certification is desirable
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in aviation, infrastructure, or operational environments
- 3-5 years of experience in HRBP or HR Manager role
- Fluent in written and spoken Greek and English
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office suite
