Vehicle Technician Grade 4 – Buckinghamshire Land Rover
Full‑Time, Permanent OTE up to £51,200(Uncapped) £41,000 basic (depending on qualifications) + £3,000 Productivity Bonus + Time Saved Bonus Scheme
Choose your working pattern: 40 hours Mon–Fri OR a fixed 4‑day working week (Mon–Thu / Tue–Fri)

What you’ll be doing
- Vehicle health checks using the latest diagnostic technology
- Servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Pre‑delivery inspections on new and used vehicles
- Fitting accessories and completing minor repairs
- Road testing vehicles to ensure faults are fully resolved
- Completing all documentation to a high standard
- Supporting the team and delivering first‑class customer service
What we’re looking for
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Experience in a dealer or independent workshop
- Full UK driving licence
- Ambition, attention to detail, and pride in your work
