Job Description:
At Job Duck, we are looking for a proactive and people-focused Sales Intake Coordinator who enjoys helping others and creating positive first impressions. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring inquiries are handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. You will play a key role in managing leads, coordinating communications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting daily operations that help the team stay organized and responsive. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is empathetic, detail-oriented, confident communicating with clients, and motivated to make a meaningful impact through exceptional service and follow through.
Compensation Range: 1,142 USD to 1,220 USD Monthly
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
•Process and follow up with leads to ensure timely communication and engagement
•Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
•Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
•Enter and maintain client and lead information within Clio Grow
•Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
•Strong focus on closing qualified leads rather than simply scheduling appointments.
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Experience handling inbound and outbound client communications
• Strong organizational and data entry skills
• Experience with Clio Grow and Mailchimp preferred
• Sales experience is a must
• A confident, persuasive, and resilient personality.
