Job Description:
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM - to 50:00 PM
Monthly Compensation: 1,060 to 1,150 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform basic video editing when needed.
- Help keep projects and team initiatives on track.
- Maintain databases, documents, and company records.
- Follow up with clients, vendors, and team members to gather information and documentation.
- Coordinate information across teams and departments.
- Review and update contracts, templates, and business documentation.
- Support the development and improvement of internal systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Mac computer required.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong technology and systems aptitude.
- Experience with databases or workflow automation is a plus.
- Ability to review business documents and contracts with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
