As a Technical Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural vision aligns with business goals and technical requirements, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to enhance the overall system design and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience in integrating complex systems and platforms within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
