Als Hoofd Technicus E&I bij Cabot B.V. in de Botlek ben jij de spil tussen techniek, veiligheid en continuïteit. Je werkt binnen een hightech productieomgeving waar Carbon Black wordt geproduceerd en bewaakt dagelijks de betrouwbaarheid van de elektrotechnische installaties. Samen met je team van technici (en contractors) zorg je voor een soepele uitvoering van onderhoud, inspecties, storingsanalyses en reparaties. Je fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt, begeleidt collega’s én neemt bij afwezigheid van de supervisor de leiding over.

Jouw inzet zorgt ervoor dat de technische betrouwbaarheid van onze installaties gewaarborgd blijft – nu én in de toekomst. Je bent actief betrokken bij projecten rondom modificaties, nieuwbouw en onderhoudsstops, en levert vanuit jouw praktijkervaring waardevolle input voor ontwerp, planning en uitvoering.

Je analyseert terugkerende storingen, stelt verbetervoorstellen op, voert technische optimalisaties door en werkt nauw samen met engineers, werkvoorbereiders en operations. Tijdens storingen lokaliseer jij snel de oorzaak, grijp je doeltreffend in en bepaal je welke maatregelen nodig zijn – van directe noodreparaties tot structurele oplossingen.

Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan kennisoverdracht, werkveiligheid en het coachen van minder ervaren collega’s. Kortom: jij bent een drijvende kracht binnen het onderhoudsteam.

• Een mbo-diploma in elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar niveau
• Een geldige VCA en BP-bevoegdheid (Bevoegd Persoon)
• Aantoonbare ervaring met industriële E&I-installaties, inclusief besturings- en meet- & regeltechniek
• Diepgaande kennis van laag- en hoogspanning, PLC-besturingen, pneumatische systemen, meet en regelapparatuur en onderhoudsprocedures
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
• Een praktische instelling, coachend vermogen en oog voor veiligheid
