Responsibilities

• Carry out service repair / maintenance jobs in the workshop and field on our products sold as instructed adhering to time constraints and company standards.

• Prepare and submitting technical reports as required on the work order.

• Communicates with service managers about parts ordered, parts required and timeliness of order completion.

• Replaces parts and components and keep detailed, organized records of all repair work done on each vehicle.

• Keeps work area clean and neat especially to ensure safety of all team members.
