We’re looking for a Team Leader, Business Solutions Associate to join our ever-evolving Business Solutions Team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you'll lead a high-performing team that delivers exceptional merchant experiences, drives operational excellence, and strengthens long-term client relationships. Your leadership will directly influence service quality, business growth, and the success of merchants who rely on Global Payments every day. By empowering your team, improving processes, resolving complex challenges, and identifying new opportunities, you'll help create seamless payment experiences while advancing our mission to deliver innovative solutions that power commerce around the world. We offer a base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 + monthly commissions and team sales incentives + benefits + 3 weeks paid vacation...and much much more...
What you'll own
- Lead and elevate team performance by fostering a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement that strengthens merchant satisfaction, operational excellence, and business results.
- Drive exceptional merchant outcomes by ensuring complex issues, escalations, and service challenges are resolved effectively, protecting client relationships and reinforcing trust in Global Payments.
- Identify and implement operational improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, enhance service delivery, and create a better experience for merchants, colleagues, and business partners.
- Influence business growth opportunities by strengthening merchant relationships, uncovering opportunities to expand value, and supporting revenue growth while maintaining a client-first approach.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration and change initiatives that improve processes, support strategic objectives, and ensure teams are prepared to successfully navigate evolving business needs.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in client management, customer support, account management, operations, payment services, or a related field, with a track record of delivering strong business and client outcomes.
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability and engagement.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with experience identifying opportunities, implementing improvements, and driving measurable results.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex situations in a fast-paced environment.
It's a bonus if you have
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience leading process optimization, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Knowledge of payment processing, merchant services, financial services, or a related industry.
