Position Title : Taxation Associates

Location : Mumbai

Expereince : 5 -7 years

In this role you will-

• Assist in the preparation and filing of income tax returns and ensuring timely compliance with advance tax, TDS/TCS, and other direct tax obligations.

• Handle various tax compliance activities such as preparation of Form 145 & 146 (15CB / CA) certifications, and preparation of withholding tax notes.

• Compute, prepare, and file monthly and quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and annual returns (GSTR-9/9C)

• Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC) against GSTR-2A/2B and monitor e-invoicing and e-waybill compliance

• Oversee customs rules, input reversals and interacting with cross function/vendors for Ledgers & GST input confirmation

• Preparation of reconciliation statements, documents management and supporting tax provisioning requirements

• Assisting in tax assessments, audits, notices, and litigation and

  Liasioning with Tax consultant (both Direct and Indirect) for assessment related details and communication

• Understanding and preparation of accounting entries from a tax perspective.

• Supporting statutory and internal audit requirements related to tax matters

• Work closely with cross function team

• Very good Excel operating skills

• Monitor changes in tax laws and industry trends
