As a Strategy Generalist - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs and develop customer-centric solutions that enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will focus on creating seamless and personalized experiences that foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for designing customer journey maps and offering guidance to help clients achieve their strategic goals.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex situations and build meaningful client relationships. You will be expected to mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Your role will involve analyzing complex systems, taking ownership of projects, and collaborating with leadership to validate the quality and timeliness of deliverables. You will also be responsible for upholding professional and technical standards, addressing conflicts, and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Leading projects by planning, budgeting, executing, and completing tasks to meet client expectations
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage growth beyond their comfort zones
- Utilizing customer data management and customer relationship management tools to improve client engagement and retention
- Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvement
- Developing and implementing customer experience strategies that align with client objectives
- Engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts and issues effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Encouraging the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
