About the role

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Comp Aero Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
- 参与新产品开发项目的技术方案制定、风险评估和设计评审，确保项目按计划达成性能目标。
- 负责压缩机气动部件的一维设计、CFD分析及性能优化，提高效率、运行范围和产品竞争力。
- 制定并执行气动测试计划，分析测试结果，发布气动性能数据并确保相关工程文件的准确性。
- 针对研发及量产过程中出现的复杂技术问题进行分析，并提出解决方案和改进措施。
- 指导初级工程师开展设计分析工作，分享专业知识和最佳实践。
- 完成主管安排的其他工作。
Requirements
As a minimum you must have:
- 硕士以上学历，流体、压缩机、制冷、机械及相关专业。
- 3-8年以上旋转机械或压缩机气动研发经验，具有独立负责多个产品开发项目经验，需要扎实的CFD基础知识和沟通能力，能够解决复杂气动问题并提供技术指导。有制冷或空调专业知识基础者优先。
