• Proactively screen and assess clients to formulate and maintain up to date individualised care plans
• Maintaining open and fluid communication within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Referring clients to appropriate health care professionals when necessary
• Liaising compassionately with our clients and their families

• Tertiary Qualifications in Speech Pathology
• Experience as a Speech Pathologist/Therapist, preferably in the aged care. Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Speak Out! training (advantageous but not essential)
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build great relationships
• Clear understanding and experience with contemporary speech pathology theories and practices
• Current Australian Drivers Licence and a road worthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance as required
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
