Experience Range: With at least 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, including substantial expertise in Python backend and microservices architecture Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable backend services and microservices using Python, ensuring high performance and reliabilityLead end-to-end development of fullstack applications, integrating React-based frontends with robust Python backendsImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and delivery of applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and deliverablesOptimize database performance and data models using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis to ensure efficient data handlingManage containerization and orchestration of services using Docker and Kubernetes for seamless deployment and scalabilityDevelop, document, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to enable secure and efficient communication between servicesMentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices in software engineeringRequired Skills:
Proficiency in Python for backend developmentExperience with microservices architecture and designStrong knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworksProficiency in Golang as a secondary backend languageCI/CD pipeline setup and management using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub ActionsContainerization with Docker and orchestration using KubernetesDatabase management and optimization with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and RedisAPI development and integration using REST and GraphQLAutomated testing with PyTestPreferred Skills:
Hands-on expertise in React, including React Context and ReduxFrontend styling with CSS, SCSS, or LESSExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPKnowledge of advanced caching strategies and performance tuningFamiliarity with security best practices for microservices and APIsExperience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK StackDesired Qualifications:
