What You'll Do
- Handle all social media accounts related to inbound and outbound customer support, covering Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high happiness.
- Collaborate closely with partners and internal operations teams to maintain consistent messaging and service quality.
- Track social media trends, evaluating the effect of social interaction across different platforms.
- Develop and successfully implement programs to improve dedication and engagement, such as the "Social Care Loyalty Program".
- Build comprehensive social media reports and dashboards to track performance and engagement metrics.
- Suggest strategies to improve key performance indicators like response time and engagement rate.
- Ensure all social media activities strictly adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Work in tandem with the marketing team to align social support initiatives with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
What We're Looking For
- More than 3 years of experience in social media support or community management.
- Hands-on experience coordinating several social platforms with a proven track record.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to build and assess the impact of social engagement programs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on dedication and retention.
- Experience in online industries such as gaming, betting, fintech, or insurance is preferred.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and advanced analytics.
- Knowledge of content creation tools like Canva and Adobe Suite.
- Skilled in managing social media platforms and capable of generating detailed reports with Excel, Power BI, or comparable software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- A creative problem solver with strong analytical abilities, highly organized, and meticulous.
