Last Mile Manger PUS
Summary: The Last Mile Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of goods to final destinations in the PUS region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate delivery while optimizing route efficiency and managing a team of delivery personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily operations of the last mile delivery team.
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitor delivery performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Manage and supervise a team of delivery drivers and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline processes.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or delivery operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in using logistics software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
