- Build strong working relationships with assigned client contacts and retailer stakeholders
- Support account plans, project delivery and client priorities across assigned categories
- Translate insights and analysis into clear presentations and recommendations for clients
- Identify opportunities to add value and support ongoing client engagement and growth
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams to deliver impactful solutions and a positive client experience
- Experience working with supplier or CPG clients within retail-facing environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights clearly
- Curiosity and an understanding of how data and insights can support business decisions
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, develop and contribute to team success
