We are looking for a React engineer to join our growing UI Framework team

Our Platform Engineering organization is innovating and transforming our platform by moving away from monolithic software to utilizing next generation cloud-based technology that leverages Microsoft Azure, AKS, React, etc. The UI Framework team is an integral part of this strategic modernization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain UI-centric software components.

• Collaborate with senior engineers, designers, product managers & business analysts.

• Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.

• Provide troubleshooting assistance and root-cause analysis for escalated issues

• Ensure delivery of high-quality software via test automation; assisting with manual testing as required.

• Engage in the agile software development process by adhering to and advancing the CRD scrum methodology, including attending all daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives

• Support continuous improvement in engineering practices.

• Collaborate with global teams on platform initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.

Recommended Experience:

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong React experience; Java experience advantageous.

• Demonstrated strong engineering fundamentals.

• Experience leveraging AI tools as part of routine development and work activities

• Experience in financial services is a plus.
