Experience Range: With at least 5 years and up to 8 years of hands-on experience in Pega application development and integration Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for Pega application developmentDesign and develop Pega application interfaces and integrations, ensuring robust and scalable solutionsOwn assigned modules and manage end-to-end implementation of user stories and technical tasks, driving timely deliveryApply advanced object-oriented analysis, design skills, and system integration expertise to build high-quality applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues with Pega applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performanceParticipate in testing and quality assurance activities to validate solutions meet business requirements and standardsMaintain comprehensive technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members for effective collaborationEnforce best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding to ensure maintainability and scalabilityRequired Skills:
Pega PRPC version 8+ platform experienceExpertise in Pega Case Management, File Listener, Job Scheduler, Activities, Data Transforms, Flows, and UI Rules (Section, Harness, Skin)Strong knowledge of database technologies and interfacesExperience with Pega rules and features including Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, and SOAP ServicesFull PRPC implementation cycle experience including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets designExperience integrating Pega with external systemsProficiency in PL-SQLFamiliarity with Java and JavaScriptPreferred Skills:
Experience with REST services integrationHealthcare domain knowledgeExperience with process methodology and development methodologies such as Agile, SDLC, and IterativeExpertise in business process modeling or flow chartingDesired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related disciplinePega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification, obtained at least 4 years agoPega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification or equivalent is a plus
