- Coordinate efforts across multiple organizations to align priorities, build consensus, and deliver business outcomes.
- Design and support initiatives that improve customer security posture and overall customer success.
- Create executive-level presentations, strategy documents, and communications that clearly articulate program goals, progress, recommendations, and outcomes.
- Facilitate recurring business reviews, leadership meetings, and operational rhythms to track program health and execution.
- Analyze business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Support go-to-market planning and execution for strategic initiatives and customer programs.
- Monitor program performance through metrics and data to identify risks, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
- Present program updates, recommendations, and findings to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and drive workstreams through completion.
What You'll Bring
- Five to seven years of program or project-management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Five to seven years of experience supporting security programs, security strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, or customer-security initiatives.
- Strong executive-communication skills with experience creating presentations, strategy documents, and leadership briefings.
- Experience developing polished PowerPoint presentations and executive-storytelling materials.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Experience with strategic planning, program execution, and operational-rhythm management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing initiatives, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Knowledge of customer-success principles and experience supporting customer-focused business initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Project, and Visio.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise security programs, security strategy, governance, risk remediation, or security-posture improvement initiatives.
- Experience developing or supporting go-to-market strategies and commercial programs.
- Background leading programs involving multiple organizations and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience creating executive-level business cases, strategic messaging, and presentation materials for senior leadership.
- Experience managing recurring business operations and executive-review processes.
- PMP certification or an equivalent program-management certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience supporting large enterprise organizations or global technology environments.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify challenges and recommend practical, data-informed solutions.
- Strong interest in customer success, customer health, and security-focused business outcomes.
