Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll help balance growth with control as we scale, while enabling the wider business to move faster. You'll own key products and platforms across payments, fraud, and KYC, helping define what we build, how we operate, and how we scale efficiently in a regulated environment.

You'll play a key role in shaping product direction across some of the most critical areas of the business. These are products and systems that directly impact revenue flow, player trust and overall performance.

This is a high-autonomy role where there isn't always a clear answer. You'll be expected to make thoughtful decisions in complex environments, bring clarity to ambiguous problems, and build products and systems that balance speed, reliability and control. 

You'll work closely with Engineering, Data, Compliance and Commercial teams to ensure our products enable growth rather than create unnecessary friction. You'll also help raise the standard of product thinking across BizOps by bringing structure, customer focus and strong product judgment to complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product strategy and roadmap for key areas within BizOps, aligning priorities with clear business outcomes
• Define, shape and deliver products that solve complex operational and business problems
• Build scalable, reliable internal products and platforms that enable the wider business to move faster
• Balance product velocity with regulatory, risk and operational requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, risk management, operational efficiency and revenue
• Translate complex business and operational challenges into clear product requirements and solutions
• Work closely with Engineering, Data, Compliance and Commercial teams to drive products from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Use data, customer insights and business context to make informed product decisions and measure impact
• Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problems, prioritizing effectively and making pragmatic trade-offs
• Continuously improve product processes, ways of working and the quality of product thinking across BizOps

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a track record of defining and shaping products rather than simply managing delivery
• Strong product intuition and a clear point of view on what makes products effective
• Background in iGaming, FinTech, payments or a similar regulated/transactional environment
• Experience working with products or systems related to CS, fraud, KYC, payments or transactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions in complex and ambiguous environments
• High autonomy and ownership, with the ability to define direction and drive outcomes with limited oversight
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams
• Comfortable working with tools such as Jira and Figma, or similar product development platforms
