In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating medical codes generated through Suki notes, while actively supporting all facets of the medical coding process. You will collaborate closely with the Clinical Quality Operations team and partner with the US-based Product and ML team to ensure consistency, efficiency, and accuracy. By maintaining the highest standards of coding quality, your work will play a key role in driving excellence and positively impacting patient care and healthcare outcomes.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in medical coding, with strong expertise in outpatient medical coding (OP E/M, ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS)
• Hold Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and/or Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) credentials.
• You have a passion for patient care and the potential of technology to improve healthcare quality and experience.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and are able to identify clinical challenges and translate them into potential AI solutions.
• You have strong writing skills.
• You are adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving technologies

• Experience working with digital Health tools or AI Solutions in healthcare.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
