  • Coordinate with partners to understand host-nation requirements, priorities, timelines, customs/importation requirements, and operational constraints.

  • Monitor local atmospherics, vendor capabilities, lead times, logistics issues, and schedule dependencies that could affect program execution.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, executive summaries, briefing slides, decision papers, meeting minutes, and leadership updates.

  • Identify cost, schedule, performance, and logistics risks and elevate issues requiring Program Manager or Government action.

  • Support meetings and coordination with SOUTHCOM, SCOPES stakeholders, host-nation partners, FSRs, vendors, and other supporting organizations.

  • Coordinate logistics, planning and security cooperation functions with discrete training events carried out in the AOR and CONUS.

  • Travel to locations in the AOR to provide oversight and/or direct interaction with vendors, suppliers, and coordinating organizations, as required

Qualifications:

Desired:

  • Prior DoD, SOUTHCOM, security cooperation, CBSI, FMS, BPC, counter-narcotics, or maritime program experience.

  • Familiarity with maritime vessels, engines, communications, logistics, maintenance, or sustainment programs.

  • Experience supporting procurement, international shipping, customs, and host-nation equipment delivery.
