As a Senior Growth Operations Specialist, Technical, you will be tasked with orchestrating and optimizing our technical services ecosystem across three core pillars: Partner Support, Partner Success, and Professional Services for Partners. Sitting at the intersection of Customer Experience, Business Development, and Revenue Operations, you will build, scale, and operationalize programs that directly drive partner retention, speed-to-value, and expansion revenue. Rather than delivering technical support day to day, you will build the operational architecture, telemetry, and cross-functional campaigns that empower our technical teams to scale our partner ecosystem profitably.
What Will You Do?
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design a dual-track operational framework tailored to two distinct motion archetypes: VARs, focused on project-based Professional Services, rapid time-to-delivery, and transaction speed; and MSSPs, focused on recurring operational health, API and SOC integration, multi-tenant enablement, and sustained consumption.
- Operationalize structured growth programs through adoption and product upsell and services for our technical customer-facing and partner-facing teams.
- Turn recurring technical issues into proactive enablement and deflection programs that reduce escalations and raise partner self-sufficiency.
- Partner with Support Leadership to analyze ticket telemetry and recurring technical friction points across the journey to better understand our partners, our customers, and adoption friction points.
- Create proactive structures that are scalable throughout the technical journey and connect the right resources at the right time.
- Build unified workflows and handoffs between our technical customer-facing and partner-facing teams.
- Ensure that SentinelOne is portrayed in a positive, authentic way as an ethical provider of reliable, effective, and scalable security solutions for all of our partners.
What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in CX Operations, Channel Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Professional Services Operations within the B2B Enterprise Software or Cybersecurity space.
- Proven track record of supporting or managing operational workflows across Technical Support, Customer/Partner Success, and Professional Services.
- Deep understanding of the channel ecosystem (VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, Global System Integrators) and how technical services drive channel revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to translate operational insights into actionable retention and growth campaigns that deliver measurable NRR impact.
- Hands-on experience structuring operational programs for both transactional VARs and recurring-revenue MSSPs/MSPs.
- Conceptual understanding of how managed security service providers integrate vendor technology into their SOC stack (SIEM/SOAR/EDR integrations, multi-tenancy, service desk handoffs).
- Prior background in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, or complex SaaS environments is preferred.
- Prior experience building a partner ecosystem is preferred.
- Certification in Customer Success, Agile Project Management (PMP/Scrum), or Revenue Operations methodologies is preferred.
