Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer who combines exceptional visual design with strategic thinking. This is an opportunity to shape a global brand, develop compelling creative across multiple channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring complex ideas to life. This requisition is used for ongoing talent acquisition and may not represent an immediate opening.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-impact creative across digital, print, events, social, presentations, and campaign assets.
Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions.
Help evolve and strengthen our global brand identity across every customer touchpoint.
Develop creative concepts from initial strategy through final execution.
Present design rationale and confidently communicate creative decisions to stakeholders.
Partner with writers, marketers, product teams to create integrated campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency while identifying opportunities to innovate and modernize our visual expression.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-assisted creative tools.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of professional graphic design experience.
BA or BFA in Graphic Design
Outstanding portfolio.
Expert Adobe Creative Cloud.
Digital and print expertise.
Presentation design experience.
Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
Excellent communication.
Organized and collaborative.
Experience working within brand systems.
Desired Characteristics:
Experience in regulated industries (medtech, healthcare, pharma)
Exposure to global or multi-brand digital ecosystems
Experience using AI creative tools.
Travel Requirements:
Less than 10 %
