Senior Creative Designer

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

• We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer who combines exceptional visual design with strategic thinking. This is an opportunity to shape a global brand, develop compelling creative across multiple channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring complex ideas to life. This requisition is used for ongoing talent acquisition and may not represent an immediate opening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-impact creative across digital, print, events, social, presentations, and campaign assets.

• Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling visual solutions.

• Help evolve and strengthen our global brand identity across every customer touchpoint.

• Develop creative concepts from initial strategy through final execution.

• Present design rationale and confidently communicate creative decisions to stakeholders.

• Partner with writers, marketers, product teams to create integrated campaigns.

• Ensure brand consistency while identifying opportunities to innovate and modernize our visual expression.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-assisted creative tools.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience.

• BA or BFA in Graphic Design

• Outstanding portfolio.

• Expert Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Digital and print expertise.

• Presentation design experience.

• Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.

• Excellent communication.

• Organized and collaborative.

• Experience working within brand systems.

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience in regulated industries (medtech, healthcare, pharma)

• Exposure to global or multi-brand digital ecosystems

• Experience using AI creative tools.

Travel Requirements:

• Less than 10 %
