Role Summary
As the Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will help bring Censys' go-to-market strategy to life through compelling, high-impact marketing content. Working closely with Product Marketing, Channel & Alliances, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, and Sales, you'll create content that enables partners, supports integrated marketing campaigns, and helps security teams understand the value of Censys.
This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys generating creative ideas and bringing them to life. You'll produce a wide range of marketing content, from email campaigns and landing pages to partner enablement kits, customer stories, webinars, solution briefs, and product launch assets.
Responsibilities
Channel & Go-to-Market Content
- Develop marketing content supporting different partner types (reseller, distributor, MSSP, ISACs, technology alliances), audiences, and use cases.
- Develop content supporting the partner lifecycle, including partner recruitment, onboarding, and activation.
- Work with Channel & Alliances to identify gaps in partner content and build resources that can be reused across partners, regions, and campaigns.
- Create content supporting integrated marketing campaigns across enterprise, product-led growth, public sector, and industry-specific initiatives.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Channel & Alliances, Demand Generation, Sales, and Regional Marketing to execute product launches, campaigns, and partner initiatives.
Content Development & Execution
- Create compelling marketing content across blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, customer stories, solution briefs, webinars, videos, sales collateral, and campaign assets.
- Develop audience-specific content, including SEO content, executive thought leadership, partner enablement, vertical messaging, customer success stories, and educational materials.
- Repurpose content across channels and audiences to maximize reach and business impact.
- Interview subject matter experts and customers to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging marketing content.
Campaign Planning & Editorial
- Identify new content opportunities and contribute to the marketing editorial calendar.
- Coordinate with designers, social media managers, video producers, agencies, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality content on schedule.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably within cybersecurity.
- Experience creating marketing content for Channel (VAR, distributor, MSSP) or Alliance programs strongly preferred, including partner campaigns, enablement, and co-marketing assets.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Experience creating marketing content across email campaigns, landing pages, blogs, customer stories, webinars, sales collateral, and digital marketing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional marketing, sales, and technical teams.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with security operations, exposure management, threat intelligence, or enterprise security.
- Experience developing video or multimedia marketing content.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation and editing.

For high cost of living areas (San Francisco Bay, New York City, and Seattle), the expected salary range for this position is $131,000 USD - $165,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity.
For all other locations, the expected salary range for this position is $118,000 USD - $157,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility and equity.
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 83% and 100% of range.
