Senior Client Manager (CM) – Luxembourg

About the Role

FundRock Management Company S.A., part of Apex Group, is a leading independent third-party Management Company based in Luxembourg and regulated by the CSSF. We provide UCITS and AIFM solutions to a diverse international client base, supporting asset managers with governance, risk oversight, and regulatory compliance.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Client Manager (CM) to join our Luxembourg team.

In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery within a regulated ManCo environment. You will play a central role in coordinating activities across teams, managing client relationships, and supporting regulatory and reporting obligations.

This is an excellent opportunity to build your expertise within the Luxembourg funds industry and develop strong exposure to UCITS, AIFM, and CSSF frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses

• Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and external delegates (Fund Administrators, Depositaries, Transfer Agents)

• Manage client interactions in both BAU and project-driven environments

• Support onboarding of new clients and fund launches

• Prepare and review Management Company reporting (e.g. Board packs, governance reporting)

• Coordinate regulatory reporting in line with CSSF requirements and client obligations

• Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met using internal systems and trackers

• Contribute to ongoing projects such as fund restructurings, regulatory changes, and operational improvements

• Maintain and enhance internal processes and reporting frameworks

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication skills with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-focused

• Strong client service mindset with a commitment to high-quality delivery

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Experience

• Experience within a Luxembourg Management Company, AIFM, or fund services environment

• Knowledge of UCITS and AIF structures (Luxembourg focus)

• Familiarity with CSSF regulations and reporting requirements

• Understanding of ManCo/AIFM governance and oversight frameworks

• Experience working with third-party service providers and delegates
