As a Senior Associate – M&A Enterprise Apps – Accelerated Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in translating Private Equity and M&A objectives into actionable strategies for application separation, integration, and modernization. Within our Deals practice, you will lead application workstreams across due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, and TSA exit programs, collaborating with C-suite executives to maximize deal value and expedite execution. This role involves advising clients on digital and AI strategy, enterprise architecture, and tech-enabled operating models, while developing integration and divestiture strategies.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills, anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality solutions.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will coordinate global team structures, resolve critical risks, and apply strong technical program management across project plans and governance activities. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity to executives and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Translating Private Equity and M&A objectives into actionable application separation, integration, and modernization strategies
- Leading application workstreams across due diligence, carve-outs, integrations, Day 1 readiness, and TSA exit programs
- Understanding application landscapes supporting key business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire, CRM, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
- Driving application intake, rationalization, disposition planning, migration, and separation activities across enterprise application portfolios
- Coordinating global team structures across time zones to drive Day 1 readiness
- Facilitating the development, review, and presentation of client deliverables, including execution strategies, design documents, workplans, and status updates
- Evaluating current-state technology environments for optimization or value creation
- Navigating fast-paced, high-pressure deal settings with structured thinking
- Developing executive-ready analyses and recommendations that translate technical findings into business implications
- Communicating complex technical concepts with clarity and precision to executives and non-technical stakeholders

What You Must Have

- At least a Master of Business Administration's/MS degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating experience in enterprise applications and ERP ecosystems
- Possessing relevant certifications like ITIL, SAP S/4HANA, or Salesforce
- Engaging in M&A IT activities such as carve-outs and integrations
