Summary:
As a Security Team Lead, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure a smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position demands continuous evaluation and refinement of security architectures to support evolving business needs and technological advancements, fostering a secure and resilient cloud environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security compliance and best practices.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: SAP IAG or SAP GRC Access Control
- Experience supporting SAP systems in production environment
SAP authorization concepts
- Role design and remediation
- Identity lifecycle management
- Experience supporting SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems.
- Exposure to SAP on cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security, SAP Identity and Access Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Transformation.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and architecture design.
- Experience in documenting and implementing security controls within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies in cloud security contexts.

Additional Information:
- 1.Bachelors and above degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Engineering / Bachelor or college degree in related field or equivalent work experience (Full time).
- The candidate should have minimum 7+ years in Strong understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, least privilege, and governance & SAP CIS
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
