SAP EWM Consultant
 

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous optimization of SAP EWM solutions with a strong focus on Production Supply and Production Logistics.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable global SAP EWM template solutions across multiple production sites.
• Configure and optimize SAP EWM processes including Production Supply, Material Staging, Warehouse Execution and Resource Management.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Cross-IT teams (master data, authorization, development, etc.) to ensure seamless end-to-end integration across the SAP S/4HANA landscape.
• Drive global rollout activities including Fit-to-Standard workshops, testing (FIT/SIT/UAT), cutover and hypercare.
• Provide technical leadership, support governance activities and ensure independent implementation and execution of requirements during Miele corporate transition strategy of Plants and Headquarter.

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of hands-on SAP EWM consulting experience with international SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong expertise in Production Supply, including Production Material Requests (PMR), Production Supply Areas (PSA), Material Staging and Replenishment Processes.
• Solid knowledge of SAP EWM capabilities such as Warehouse Process Types, Warehouse Order Creation Rules, RF Framework, Resource Management and Storage Control (POSC/LOSC).
• Proven experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP PP, PP/DS, MM, TM, SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM) or comparable manufacturing solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills with fluent English; German is considered an advantage.
