Internship description: 

We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious student to join us and gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic and exciting industries. You’ll be part of the Sales Intelligence team, we’re at the core of data-driven success in the On-Trade Channel Belgium (Horeca). Our goal is to leverage data to improve the efficiency of our sales teams, drive business decisions & Strategy by delivering the right insights to leadership and making our business more fact-based & data driven. By becoming part of this wonderful team, you will be given responsibility over several key projects. You will report to the Sales Intelligence Analysts On Trade BE. 

What will you do during the internship? 

• Improvement of sales intelligence related processes.   

• Participate in strategic discussions with sales managers   

• Collaborate with other departments (TM, Finance, RM, etc.) on diverse projects.   

• Data Governance: data quality, master data and data enrichment  

• Improve business reporting 

Internship duration: 

Minimum 3 months, starting in October 

Compensation:      

Unpaid (with potential for full-time employment post-internship) 

Learning opportunities: 

70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation.  

20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback.  

10% of your learning will come from formal training, including workshops & online training courses. We will provide you with continuous opportunities to elevate your skills with access to free training sessions facilitated by AB InBev and LinkedIn Learning. 

What we’re looking for: 

• Final years of relevant bachelor's or master's degree program (business, finance or engineering)   

• Result driven, solution oriented and can-do spirit  

• Passionate about turning data into insights and opportunities  

• Continuous drive for improvements  

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel is an asset  

• Fluent in English. French or Dutch is a plus
