We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Romania, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
About altaFlow team:
We are a passionate and ambitious team on a mission to help businesses run every document-heavy process as one automated workflow with our document process automation platform – altaFlow.
altaFlow captures data, generates documents with conditional logic, routes them for approval and eSignature, and syncs the results back to systems of record like Salesforce – all without code. Teams across education, healthcare, financial services, and the public sector run their document work on altaFlow.
And now, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.
What you'll be working on:
Respond to every inbound lead within 2 hours during business hours and qualify it using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
Prospect into mid-market and enterprise accounts (200–2,000+ employees) across priority verticals: education, healthcare, professional services, financial services, manufacturing, and government
Run multi-channel outbound sequences (roughly 8 touches over 14 days across calls, email, and LinkedIn) into target accounts in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia
Research each account before outreach and personalize every touch
Set qualified appointments and hand them off cleanly to the Account Executive team
Track and manage all activity accurately in Salesforce and Outreach
Partner with Marketing and Sales to align on campaigns and improve lead quality
What we expect from you:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, or a customer-facing B2B software role
Confidence on the phone and in writing outbound sequences that get replies
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo, or the ability to learn them quickly
Solid research skills and business acumen
Professional-level English, written and verbal
