The Position

主要职责：

1、负责相关渠道客户管理，根据公司目标达成相关供应管理考核目标

1.1与外部客户建立良好的沟通合作，及时掌握和了解外部客户的动态变化，适时调整计划和跟进措施。

1.2包括不限于开/关户全流程处理以及相关合同签订与客户档案更新管理。

1.3 及时与客户更新公司政策以及日常反馈，确保公司政策落地执行。

1.4 跟进PAP药店新增申请流程管理；客户端不良反应及时上报等跟进。

2. 负责渠道供应协调，根据市场需求做好相关保障供应工作

2.1做好内外部沟通，协调订单预测以及渠道商业调拨管理；保障医院/药房等客户需求100%满足。

2.2监控渠道库存及相关资金回款风险，做好相关预案。积极协调滞销退货与短缺供应。

3. 日常数据与合规管理

3.1推动商业数据直连，核验进销存数据的准确性。

3.2执行相关客户的合规培训与日常扫码监控等，协助审计与风险上报。

3.3 完成折扣协议签署与对账等工作，支持相关调整文件的申报工作。

4. 二次议价及其他

4.1根据区域分工主导或协助相关二次议价等工作。

4.2 完成上级委派的其他渠道管理相关事务。

职位要求：

1.两年以上医药商务工作经历或医院准入经历；

2.具有主动持续学习的自驱力

3.擅长多部门沟通合作

4.认真负责，抗压力强

教育程度：

医药相关本科及以上学历
