Responsibilities and Impact:
Reporting & Scorecard Management
- Support the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of operational scorecards, dashboards, and management reporting solutions.
- Manage an existing portfolio of business scorecards by monitoring performance, data quality, usage, and stakeholder feedback.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
- Create executive-level reporting and visualizations that provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Automation & Data Analytics
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Alteryx (Powerautomate) workflows, data pipelines, and automated data preparation processes.
- Leverage Tableau (PowerBI) to create interactive dashboards and visualizations for business users.
- Support integration of data from multiple enterprise systems and platforms.
- Promote an automation-first mindset by identifying scalable solutions that improve data accessibility, consistency, and accuracy.
Governance, Controls & Risk Management
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of reporting governance standards, data quality controls, and documentation.
- Participate in risk assessments and control reviews to identify potential process improvements.
- Maintain documentation of reporting methodologies, business rules, data sources, and automation workflows.
- Ensure reporting assets comply with established governance, risk, compliance, and data management standards.
- Evaluate new technologies and tools that improve reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities.
- Support process optimization initiatives and implementation of best practices across reporting and controls activities.

Success Measures
- During the first 12 months, the successful candidate will:
- Successfully manage the existing scorecard portfolio and ensure reporting quality and sustainability.
- Deliver new automated scorecards and reporting enhancements.
- Increase automation of manual reporting processes.
- Improve stakeholder satisfaction and adoption of reporting solutions.
- Contribute to strengthening reporting governance, control, and audit readiness across the organization.
- This position offers a unique opportunity to combine data analytics, automation, reporting, governance, and controls within a highly visible team supporting operational excellence and decision-making across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in business operations, reporting, analytics, controls, audit, risk management, governance, or related functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Experience developing and managing operational or management reporting solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI dashboard development.
- Experience with Alteryx workflow or other automation and data transformation tools.
- Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, Python, or other automation and analytics tools.
- Background in Internal Audit, Operational Risk, Compliance, Controls, Governance, or Regulatory environments.
- Experience supporting audit reviews, remediation programs, control frameworks, or governance initiatives.
- Familiarity with KPI development, scorecard design, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Background in consulting is preferrable
