THE ROLE

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will serve as the engine of our global talent acquisition efforts, facilitating high-touch recruitment processes with precision and judgment. You will define the candidate experience by mastering complex scheduling logistics and partnering cross-functionally to optimize our operational workflows. Your role is central to attracting top talent, ensuring seamless transitions, and building efficient, scalable processes that empower our global recruiting team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and orchestrate complex interview scheduling for diverse panels, ensuring seamless execution across multiple locations and time zones.
• Resolve global logistics and operational bottlenecks proactively, minimizing disruption to interview loops and candidate experience.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by managing offer letters and new hire paperwork within our ATS, facilitating a smooth transition to onboarding.
• Drive operational excellence by partnering with Recruiting Ops, HR, and IT to identify process gaps and implement scalable, data-driven improvements.
• Develop and refine essential team documentation, including SOPs and scheduling templates, to elevate overall team efficiency and standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience managing high-volume, complex operations in a fast-paced environment, such as recruiting coordination or executive administration.
• Deep proficiency in navigating global logistics, including time-zone coordination, international travel arrangements, and regional hiring nuances.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities with an acute attention to detail, capable of managing shifting priorities with autonomy.
• Expert-level skill in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and virtual meeting tools, with a proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide peer support.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling you to partner effectively with executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work M-F during normal business hours from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
