As a Team Lead in RCMS Coding Denials at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our operations consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Collaborating with clients to implement technology solutions and process automation for operational excellence
- Leading teams in operational analysis and process optimization to drive business performance
- Utilizing analytical thinking and operational analysis to inform insights and recommendations
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client connections to understand and anticipate their needs
- Applying lean process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Supporting the deployment of innovative solutions and emerging technologies to improve operational effectiveness
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members in operational strategy and process improvement initiatives
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within operational frameworks
- Facilitating workshops and discussions to promote business process improvement and operational excellence

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Proven experience in coding denials

- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance reimbursement

- Experience with healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office applications
