Job location: Bucharest | Work from office during the first year of activity, followed by a hybrid setup | Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00.
Role summary:
Provide customer support by handling requests, incidents, and inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. Contribute to a positive customer experience while meeting service level requirements and continuously developing product and process knowledge.
Your mission:
Receive, log, and accurately document customer requests, incidents, and issues.
Identify customer needs and resolve requests by following established procedures.
Escalate incidents and communicate issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Maintain knowledge of customer environments, service level agreements, and support processes.
Continuously develop product, industry, and service desk knowledge to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
French & English - B2 level.
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree.
1-3 years of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
Ability to identify and resolve customer requests using defined procedures.
Knowledge of incident management and customer support tools.
Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills.
